动力系统切除术和等离子射频消融术在治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of dynamic system resection and plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis

目的系统比较动力系统切除术以及等离子射频消融术在治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床诊疗效果,希望能够为临床治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎提供借鉴与帮助。方法选取2017年8月至2019年7月收治于我院的慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者40例作为研究对象,其中23例行系统切除术(对照组),17例行等离子射频消融术(治疗组),通过比较两组患者治疗总有效率,手术时间,术中出血量、住院费用以及并发症发生情况,以期系统对比动力系统切除术以及等离子射频消融术用于慢性肥厚性鼻炎临床治疗的优劣势。结果①在行对应的治疗干预后,对照组的治疗总有效率为60.9%(14/23),治疗组的治疗总有效率为82.4%(14/17),两组间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);②治疗组患者的手术时间,术中出血量以及住院费用均显著小于对照组(P<0.05);③治疗组患者并发症发生率为5.9%(1/17),对照组患者并发症发生率为17.4%(4/23),两组间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论等离子射频消融术能显著提高慢性肥厚性鼻炎治疗组总有效率,降低并发症发生,具有较大的临床应用价值。

Objective To systematically compare the clinical diagnosis and treatment effects of dynamic system resection and plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis,hoping to provide reference and help for the clinical treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.Methods Choose between August 2017 and July 2019 treated in our hospital of 40 patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis as the research object,23 patients underwent resection of the system(control group),17 underwent plasma radiofrequency ablation(treatment group),by comparing the total effective rate of two groups of patients,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization expenses and complications,To compare the advantages and disadvantages of dynamic system resection and plasma radiofrequency ablation in the clinical treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.Results①After the corresponding treatment intervention,the total effective rate of the control group was 60.9%(14/23),and that of the treatment group was 82.4%(14/17),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);②The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization cost in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05);③The incidence of complications was 5.9%(1/17)in the treatment group and 17.4%(4/23)in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Plasma radiofrequency ablation can significantly improve the total effective rate and reduce the incidence of complications in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis,which has great clinical application value.
