分析慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉术中选用不同剂量盐酸右美托咪定的麻醉效果

To analyze the anesthetic effect of different doses of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride in the operation of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps

目的研究慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉术患者行不同剂量盐酸右美托咪定麻醉的效果。方法数据遴选本院2020年1月-2021年11月收治的88例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉术患者,“随机抽样法”分低剂量组(0.3ug/kg维持剂量的盐酸右美托咪定,n=44)、高剂量组(0.6ug/kg维持剂量的盐酸右美托咪定,n=44),2组麻醉效果比较分析。结果术前比较2组生命体征变化、应激反应及炎症因子无差异,术后比较不良反应也无差异,P>0.05;术后与低剂量组比较,高剂量组心率、舒张压及收缩压指标更低;NE、E、Cor指标更低;IL-6、CRP及TNF-α指标更低,P<0.05(具统计学意义)。结论0.6ug/kg剂量的盐酸右美托咪定用于慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉术可提高麻醉效果、稳定生命体征,减轻应激反应、炎症反应,值得推崇。

Objective To study the effect of different doses of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride anesthesia in patients undergoing chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps surgery.Methods Data selection of 88 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to November 2021 were divided into control groups(0.3ug/kg maintenance dose of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride by“random sampling method”,n=44),observation group(0.6ug/kg maintenance dose of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride,n=44),comparative analysis of the anesthesia effect of the two groups.Results There was no difference in vital sign changes,stress response and inflammatory factors between the two groups before operation,and there was no difference in adverse reactions after operation,P>0.05;after operation,compared with the control group,the observation group’s heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure indicators Lower;NE,E,Cor indicators are lower;IL-6,CRP and TNF-αindicators are lower,P<0.05(statistically significant).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine hydrochloride at a dose of 0.6ug/kg for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp surgery can improve the anesthesia effect,stabilize vital signs,and reduce stress and inflammation.It is worthy of praise.
