甘州区城乡小学生听力测试情况调查及相关因素分析

A survey on the listening test of primary school students in urban and rural areas in Ganzhou District and analysis of related factors

目的分析甘州区城乡小学生听力测试情况及相关影响因素。方法以甘州区城乡的1565例小学生听力测试数据作为依据,对比听力损失与听力未损失小学生的一般资料,并以问卷调查的形式统计影响小学生听力测试结果的相关因素。结果听力损失与听力未损失小学生听力损失家族史、使用耳机习惯、居住地、接触噪音频率、掏耳频率、父(母)是否吸烟均存在差异(P<0.05);而听力损失及听力未损失小学生性别与年龄差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,听力损失家族史、使用耳机、居住地、父(母)吸烟、掏耳频率及接触噪音频率均为影响小学生听力测试结果的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论为减少小学生听力损伤情况,需要开展听力保健宣传,让小学生养成保护听力意识,积极规避生活中影响听力的危险因素,实现听力水平的改善。

Objective To analyze the listening test of urban and rural primary school students in Ganzhou district and the related influencing factors.Methods Based on the hearing test data of 1565 primary school students in urban and rural areas of Ganzhou District,the general information of primary school students with and without hearing loss was compared,and the relevant factors affecting the hearing test results of primary school students were counted in the form of questionnaire.Results There were differences between hearing loss and non hearing loss pupils in terms of family history of hearing loss,habits of using headphones,place of residence,frequency of exposure to noise,frequency of ear plucking,and whether father(mother)smoked(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in gender and age between hearing loss and non hearing loss pupils(P>0.05);The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that family history of hearing loss,use of headphones,place of residence,father(mother)smoking,ear plucking frequency and noise exposure frequency were all independent risk factors affecting the hearing test results of primary school students(P<0.05).Conclusion In order to reduce the hearing damage of primary school students,it is necessary to carry out hearing health publicity,let primary school students develop the awareness of protecting hearing,actively avoid the risk factors that affect hearing in life,and achieve the improvement of hearing level.
