预注右旋美托咪啶用于喉显微手术麻醉的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of dexmedetomidine preinjection in laryngeal microsurgical anesthesia

摘要 目的讨论预注右旋美托咪啶用于喉显微手术麻醉的临床效果。方法入选60例喉显微手术麻醉患者主要于2019年10月~2021年10月接受病情诊疗,将其随机分为对照组30例与研究组30例,对照组采取常规麻醉方式,研究组在对照组基础上采取预注右旋美托咪啶措施,观察指标:麻醉效果;各时段心率及平均动脉压;麻醉相关时间指标。结果研究组麻醉优良性的96.67%明显高于对照组76.67%,P<0.05。研究组诱导前、气管插管时、喉镜置入时、气管拔管后1min及气管拔管后5min后的心率与平均动脉压指标稳定水平均明显优于对照组,P<0.05。研究组麻醉起效时间、完全阻滞时间、术后睁眼时间、术后完全清醒时间、拔管时间指标均明显短于对照组,P<0.05。结论喉显微手术麻醉中预注右旋美托咪啶利于提高麻醉优良性,稳定患者术中心率及血压水平,减少应激反应,缩短术后清醒时间,获得理想的麻醉见效时间及恢复时间,具有较高的麻醉效果及安全性。 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of dexmedetomidine pre-injection for laryngeal microsurgery anesthesia.Methods A total of 60 patients with laryngeal microsurgery anesthesia received diagnosis and treatment mainly from October 2019 to October 2021,and were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and study group(n=30).The control group received conventional anesthesia,and the study group received dexmedetomidine preinjection on the basis of the control group.Heart rate and mean arterial pressure at different time periods;Time indicators related to anesthesia.Results 96.67%of anesthesia excellence in the study group was significantly higher than 76.67%in the control group,P<0.05.The stable levels of heart rate and mean arterial pressure indexes in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group before induction,during endotracheal intubation,during laryngoscope placement,1min after tracheal extubation and 5min after tracheal extubation,P<0.05.The indexes of anesthesia onset time,complete block time,postoperative eye opening time,postoperative fully awake time and extubation time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The pre-injection of dexmedetomidine in laryngeal microsurgery anesthesia can improve the anesthesia excellence,stabilize the operation center rate and blood pressure level of patients,reduce the stress response,shorten the postoperative awake time,obtain the ideal anesthesia response time and recovery time,with high anesthesia effect and safety.
