基于互联网健康服务模式在耳鼻喉健康体检行为干预中的应用

Application of Internet-based health service model in behavioral intervention of ear,nose and throat health examination

目的探讨以在耳鼻喉健康体检中使用互联网健康服务模式的行为干预应用。方法将在我院进行耳鼻喉健康体检的78名患者作为此次实验的研究对象,由我院的科研小组使用随机数字表法将其分为常规组和互联网组。普通组受检人员采用常规的体检方式,互联网组受检人员使用互联网健康服务模式进行体检。记录受检人员的检查结果以及满意度等数据,对其进行分析。结果互联网组的受检人员体检时间比常规组受检人员要短,项目完成情况与体检效率得分要比常规组高,p<0.05;互联网组受检人员的满意度(97.95%)明显高于常规组受检人员的满意度(77.55%),p<0.05。结论在人们进行耳鼻喉健康体检时通过互联网健康服务模式可以有效对受检人员进行行为干预,提高体检效率以及受检人员的满意度。

Objective To explore the behavior intervention application of Internet health service model in otolaryngology health examination.Methods 78 patients who underwent otolaryngology health examination in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this experiment.The scientific research group of our hospital divided them into routine group and Internet group by random number table method.The general group of subjects underwent routine physical examination,and the Internet group of subjects underwent physical examination using the Internet health service model.Record the results of the inspection personnel and satisfaction data for analysis.Results The physical examination time of the Internet group was shorter than that of the conventional group,and the score of project completion and physical examination efficiency was higher than that of the conventional group,p<0.05.The satisfaction of the Internet group(97.95%)was significantly higher than that of the routine group(77.55%),p<0.05.Conclusion The Internet health service model can effectively intervene in the behavior of the during the otolaryngology health examination,and improve the efficiency of physical examination and the satisfaction of the subjects.
