小儿急性喉炎的临床护理干预方法及实施效果分析

Clinical nursing intervention and effect analysis of acute laryngitis in children

目的讨论小儿急性喉炎的临床护理干预方法及实施效果分析。方法入选46例小儿急性喉炎患儿主要于2020年8月~2021年10月接受病情诊疗,将其随机分为对照组23例与研究组23例。对照组患儿实施常规护理,研究组患儿实施综合护理。两组护理模式实施效果评价标准:症状改善时间及总住院时间;护理效果;治疗依从性;家属护理评价度。结果研究组各项症状改善时间及总住院时间指标均明显短于对照组,P<0.05;研究组护理效果有效率的95.65%明显高于对照组的73.91%,P<0.05;研究组治疗依从性的91.3%明显高于对照组的65.22%,P<0.05;研究组家属对治疗指导、护理管理、护理技能、心理安抚方面的护理评价度指标明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论小儿急性喉炎采取综合护理后,其护理效果更为显著,可促进症状缓解,缩短住院时间,且该护理模式利于提高患儿治疗依从性,同时,家属也对此护理模式十分认可。

Objective To discuss the clinical nursing intervention methods and implementation effect analysis of acute laryngitis in children.Methods A total of 46 children with acute laryngitis were enrolled from August 2020 to October 2021 and randomly divided into control group(n=23)and study group(n=23).Routine nursing was carried out in the control group and comprehensive nursing was carried out in the research group.The evaluation criteria for the effect of nursing mode in the two groups were symptom improvement time and total length of stay;Nursing effect;Treatment compliance;Evaluation of family nursing.Results Symptom improvement time and total length of stay in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05;The effective rate of nursing effect in the study group was 95.65%higher than 73.91%in the control group,P<0.05;The compliance of 91.3%in the study group was significantly higher than 65.22%in the control group,P<0.05;The nursing evaluation index of treatment guidance,nursing management,nursing skills and psychological comfort of family members in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion After comprehensive nursing for acute laryngitis in children,the nursing effect is more significant,which can promote the relief of symptoms and shorten the length of hospital stay.Moreover,this nursing mode is beneficial to improve the treatment compliance of children,at the same time,the family members also recognize this nursing mode.
