优质护理应用在睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征护理中的有效性及价值研究

Study on the effectiveness and value of high quality nursing in the nursing of sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

目的探讨优质护理应用在睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征护理中的有效性及价值。方法研究时间为2019年1月~2021年5月,挑选期间符合研究标准的62名住院患者作为研究样例进行分组对比,分为优质组、常规组,接受不同护理干预方案,比较患者在护理满意度、睡眠质量方面存在差异。结果优质组患者对护理服务评价满意度为93.54%高于常规组74.19%;研究组患者睡眠质量评分下降更明显,P<0.05。结论在对睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者护理时,注重优质护理干预,更利于改善患者不适症状,及时满足患者身心照护需求。

Objective To explore the effectiveness and value of high-quality nursing in the nursing of sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.Methods The research period was from January 2019 to may 2021.62 inpatients who met the research criteria were selected as the research samples for grouping and comparison.They were divided into high-quality and routine groups and received different nursing intervention schemes.There were differences in nursing satisfaction and sleep quality among the price comparison patients.Results The satisfaction of nursing service evaluation in the high-quality group was 93.54%,which was higher than 74.19%in the routine group;The score of sleep quality decreased more significantly in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion When nursing patients with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,paying attention to high-quality nursing intervention is more conducive to improve patients’discomfort symptoms and meet patients’physical and mental care needs in time.
