摘要 智能建造是新一代信息技术与工程建造的融合与再创新,有利于推动施工企业由劳动密集型生产方式向技术密集型方向转变。基于能力成熟度理论,构建了“能力要素-能力域-子能力”三层结构、五级成熟度的施工企业智能建造能力成熟度评价模型,结合灰色系统理论,对施工企业的智能建造能力进行综合评价分析。以H企业为实证案例,应用所构建的模型对该单位智能建造能力发展情况进行综合分析,并基于评价结果对H企业的智能建造发展与应用提出了相应改进方向和建议。 The intelligent construction is the integration and re-innovation of the new generation of information technologies and engineering construction,which is conducive to promoting the transformation of construction enterprises from labor-intensive production methods to technology-intensive ones. Based on the capability maturity theory,an intelligent construction capability maturity evaluation model of construction enterprises with a three-layer structure of "capability element-capability domain-sub-capability" and a five-level maturity system is constructed. This model is inter-graded with the Grey theory to comprehensively evaluate and analyze the intelligent construction capabilities of construction enterprises. Taking Enterprise H as an empirical case,the constructed model is used to comprehensively evaluate and analyze the development of the intelligent construction capability of Enterprise H. The evaluation results are used to propose corresponding improvement directions and suggestions for developing and applying intelligent construction of Enterprise H.
