摘要
随着我国信息化、工业化的发展,智慧工地受到越来越多的关注。为提高甘肃省智慧工地建设水平,基于建筑企业的视角,从施工现场管理5个关键要素和维度梳理了甘肃省智慧工地建设制约因素,识别出制约甘肃省智慧工地发展的主要因素。应用DEMATEL和ISM方法构建模型,通过模型厘清智慧工地建设各制约因素间的层级关系,并确定出关键制约因素,提出了提升甘肃省智慧工地建设水平的应对措施及发展路径,为推动甘肃省智慧工地的发展提供一定的理论指导和参考。
With the development of informatization and industrialization in China,smart construction site has attracted increasing attention. This paper aims to improve the development level of smart construction site in Gansu Province from the perspective of the construction enterprises. The main restricting factors of a smart construction site are identified from the five key dimensions of construction site management. Then, this paper constructs a combined model using DEMATEL and ISM methods, clarifies the hierarchical relationship among the constraints of smart construction sites l,determines the key constraints,and puts forward the countermeasures and development pathway to improve the development level of a smart construction site,so as to provide theoretical guidance and reference for promoting the development of smart site in Gansu Province.
