基于ANP-TOPSIS分析的特色小镇高质量发展研究——以山东省为例

Research on High-Quality Development of Characteristic Towns Based on ANP-TOPSIS Analysis——Taking Shangdong Province as an Example

为提高山东省特色小镇高质量发展水平,基于特色小镇高质量发展的内涵分析,构建了契合山东省的特色小镇高质量发展水平指标体系,综合运用ANP和TOPSIS模型,收集了山东省3个特色小镇指标数据展开实证研究。结果发现:产业结构、产业创新、生态宜居是影响山东省特色小镇高质量发展的关键指标。特色小镇高质量发展水平为玫瑰镇>崮山镇>岱崮镇。可对山东省特色小镇高质量发展提供借鉴。

Based on the connotation analysis of the high-quality development of characteristic towns,an indicator system for evaluating the high-quality development level of characteristic towns in Shandong Province is constructed. ANP and TOPSIS methods are comprehensively used to collect the index data of three characteristic towns in Shandong Province for empirical research. The results show that industrial structure,industrial innovation,and ecological livability are the key indicators that affect the high-quality development of characteristic towns in Shandong Province. The high-quality development level of characteristic towns is Rose Town > Gushan Town > Dai Gu Town. This study can provide reference for the high-quality development of characteristic towns in Shandong Province.
