二甲双胍联合有氧运动对2型糖尿病患者的影响

Effects of Metformin Combined with Aerobic Exercise on Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:分析二甲双胍联合有氧运动对2型糖尿病患者血糖水平与认知功能的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2021年7月内分泌科收治的2型糖尿病患者90例为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各45例。观察组给予二甲双胍联合有氧运动治疗,对照组给予二甲双胍治疗,比较两组患者血糖指标、生活质量、满意度、认知功能评分。结果:护理后,两组患者糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖水平均下降,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生理功能、情感职能、心理功能、社会功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者认知功能评分均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二甲双胍联合有氧运动治疗2型糖尿病患者可行性较高,可以提高患者满意度及生活质量,改善患者血糖指标及认知功能。

Objective:To analyze the effects of metformin combined with aerobic exercise on blood glucose level and cognitive function in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:Ninety patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Department of Endocrinology from January 2017 to July 2021 were selected as the observation objects.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with metformin combined with aerobic exercise,and the control group was treated with metformin.Blood glucose index,quality of life,satisfaction and cognitive function scores were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin,2 h postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose in 2 groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,emotional function,psychological function and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the cognitive function scores of both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metformin combined with aerobic exercise is highly feasible in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients,which can improve patient satisfaction and quality of life,blood glucose index and cognitive function.
