郭利平教授运用药对治疗胸痹经验

Professor Guo Liping's Experience in Using Couplet Medicines to Treat Thoracic Obstruction

郭利平教授认为胸痹病机特点为本虚标实,本虚有气血阴阳亏虚之不同;标实则有气滞、血瘀、痰湿、寒凝、热毒之异。治疗上当以扶正祛邪、调节气血阴阳为原则,灵活选用药对辨证论治,疗效显著。该文选用丹参配郁金、瓜蒌配薤白、党参配麦冬、大血藤配青风藤、黄芩配黄连等药对治疗胸痹进行初步讨论,总结郭利平教授治疗胸痹的经验。

Professor Guo Liping believes that the pathogenesis of thoracic obstruction is characterized by the deficiency of the root and the symptoms of the symptoms,and that the deficiency in origin differs from a deficiency in Qi,blood,yin and yang.The symptoms are characterized by Qi stagnation,blood stasis,phlegm-dampness,cold condensation and heat toxicity.The treatment should be based on the principle of supporting the righteousness and eliminating the evil,regulating the Qi,blood,yin and yang,and the flexible selection of medicine to treat the evidence,with remarkable efficacy.This article provides a preliminary discussion on the use of Danshen with Yujin,Trichosanthes kirilowii with Allium macrostemon,Radix Codonopsis with Ophiopogon japonicus,Sargentodoxa cuneata with Caulis Sinomenii,and Scutellaria with Coptis chinensis in the treatment of thoracic obstruction,and summarizes Professor Guo Liping's experience in treating thoracic obstruction.
