回授式健康教育为基础的延续护理模式在银屑病治疗中的效果

Effectiveness of a Feedback Health Education-based Continuous Care Model in the Treatment of Psoriasis

目的:分析回授式健康教育为基础的延续护理模式在银屑病治疗中的效果。方法:选取2019年9月-2022年2月山东颐养健康集团莱芜中心医院收治的银屑病患者80例为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予回授式健康教育为基础的延续护理模式干预,比较两组患者自我效能、病耻感、生活质量。结果:观察组自我效能感量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在被拒绝、敏感和瑕疵、隐藏、态度积极及总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组情感、症状、功能评分及总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:回授式健康教育为基础的延续护理模式应用于银屑病患者护理,可以提升患者自我效能,减轻病耻感,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of a feedback health education-based continuous care model in the treatment of psoriasis.Methods:80 cases of psoriasis patients admitted to Laiwu Central Hospital of Shandong Yiyang Health Group from September 2019 to February 2022 were selected as observation subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases each,using the random number table method.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group was given a continuous care model intervention based on feedback health education on the basis of the control group.The self-efficacy,sense of shame and quality of life of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The self-efficacy scale score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had higher scores in rejected,sensitive and defective,hidden,positive attitude and total score than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had higher emotional,symptom,functional scores and total scores than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The continuous care model based on feedback health education applied to the care of patients with psoriasis can enhance patients'self-efficacy,reduce the sense of stigma,and improve their quality of life.
