危险预知训练技术在神经内科护士专科培训中的应用效果

The Effectiveness of Hazard Anticipation Training Techniques in the Specialty Training of Neurology Nurses

目的:探讨危险预知训练技术(KYT)在神经内科护士专科培训中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月-2021年6月南通市通州区人民医院神经内科护理人员78名为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组,各39名。对照组采取常规神经内科专科培训,观察组在对照组基础上增加KYT培训。比较两组神经内科护士专科能力、护理不良事件发生率及培训满意度。结果:培训后,两组神经内科护士专科理论知识、专科操作技能、临床实际工作能力得分均提高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理不良事件发生率为低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组培训满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予神经内科护士KYT培训,能有效提升其专科护理能力,降低护理不良事件发生率,提升护士培训满意度。

Objective:To explore the effectiveness of hazard anticipation training technique(KYT)in the specialist training of neurology nurses.Methods:Seventy-eight nursing staff of neurology department of Tongzhou District People's Hospital of Nantong City from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,39 each.The control group took the conventional neurology specialty training,and the observation group added KYT training on the basis of the control group.The specialty competence,incidence of nursing adverse events and training satisfaction of neurology nurses in the two groups were compared.Results:After training,the scores of specialist theoretical knowledge,specialist operational skills and clinical practical work ability of neurology nurses in both groups improved,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The training satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Giving KYT training to neurology nurses can effectively improve their specialist nursing ability,reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events,and improve nurses'training satisfaction.
