摘要
目的:探讨学校卫生干预对少儿营养状况的影响。方法:选取2020年3月-2021年11月广东省韶关市武江区西河镇学生94名为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各47名。对照组给予常规卫生干预,观察组给予学校卫生干预,比较两组学生认知率、自我管理水平、营养物质吸收情况、学生满意度和营养改善情况。结果:观察组认知率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组目标管理、思想管理、心理管理、行为管理评分高于对照组,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组谷类、肉类、蔬菜、豆类、水果营养物质吸收情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在少儿学习中应用学校卫生干预可有效改善学生营养水平,提高学生自我管理水平,保证营养物质均匀摄入,学生满意度高。
Objective:To explore the effect of school health intervention on the nutritional status of working adolescents.Methods:Ninety-four students in Xihe Town,Wujiang District,Shaoguan City,Guangdong Province,were selected as observation subjects from March 2020 to November 2021.The random number table method was used to divide into control group and observation group with 47 students each.The control group was given conventional health interventions and the observation group was given school health interventions.The two groups were compared in terms of student awareness rate,self-management level,nutrient absorption,student satisfaction and nutritional improvement.Results:The cognitive rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had higher goal management,thought management,psychological management,and behavior management scores than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The absorption of cereals,meat,vegetables,legumes and fruits nutrients was better in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Student satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying school health interventions in juvenile learning can effectively improve students'nutritional level,improve students'self-management,ensure uniform intake of nutrients,with high student satisfaction.
