摘要
在中国人民大学通州校区学部楼项目中,存在参建单位多、建筑体量大、配套工程繁杂、结构形式不统一、施工时间紧迫、质量要求高、智能化与绿色化施工要求高等难题,通过BIM技术,提前布置施工区域、安排总体布局;进行三维可视化,以直观清晰地指导施工;构建临建设施模型,优化施工部署;在地下室等狭窄空间内优化管线布置,对结构进行深化设计;整合土建、结构、机电等专业模型后,进行碰撞检查,以减少返工问题。将BIM应用于土方工程、绿色施工、安全管理、进度安排中,有助于工程施工与管理,可提升施工效率,助力智能化施工。
This paper introduces the general situation of the department building project of Tongzhou Campus of Renmin University of China. There are some problems, such as tight construction period, limited construction site, many interchange operations, difficult management and coordination, complex geology, difficult excavation of deep foundation excavation engineering, high safety requirements, complex structure, low installation efficiency and accuracy, and complex layout of basement pipelines and high pressure of the height of space. In view of the corresponding difficulties in construction, the virtual correct position of assembly objects can be seen through BIM+AR technology to ensure quality. Three-dimensional digital simulation can be carried out to facilitate the understanding of construction environment and process through BIM+MR technology. The printing simulation exercise of building components and nodes can be realized through BIM+3D printing technology. High-precision visual survey topography can be conducted through aerial photograph point cloud scanning technology. The corrosion state of the structure, staking-out and positioning can be detected, and the space size can be checked via construction quality monitoring robot. Resource conservation, energy saving can be achieved based on digital twin green construction management for environmental protection, thus greatly improving the construction efficiency, ensuring the construction quality, which strongly prove the importance of intelligent construction technology in construction.
