摘要 在新建常德-益阳-长沙铁路项目中,存在工期紧张、施工任务重,项目信息化程度高、智能化要求高,施工过程安全风险高,工程质量标准高、创优目标要求高等问题,以BIM技术为基础,形成智慧工地管理平台,对项目进行智能化管理。采用基于5G技术的BIM+智慧工地管理平台,进行项目整体的智慧建造协同管理。结合BIM与物联网技术,关联模型与现场,实现基于BIM模型的全业务数字化管理模式。在工地中应用人员管理模块、基于AI的视频监控模块、施工环境管理模块、车辆管理模块、安全管理模块、质量管理模块、监测系统管理模块,改变施工现场粗放管理模式,提高施工智能化水平。 In the newly-built Changde-Yiyang-Changsha Railway project, there are problems such as tight construction period, heavy construction tasks, high requirements for project informatization and intelligence, high safety risks in the construction process, high engineering quality standards, and high requirements for quality engineering, etc. Based on informatization and BIM technology, the intelligent site management platform is used to intelligently manage the project. The BIM + intelligent site management platform based on 5G technology is adopted to carry out the overall intelligent construction and collaborative management of the project. Combined with BIM technology, Internet of Things technology, correlation model and site, the whole business digital management mode based on BIM model is realized. The personnel management module, AI-based video monitoring module, construction environment management module, vehicle management module, safety management module, quality management module and monitoring system module are applied in the construction site to change the extensive management mode of the construction site and improve the level of construction intelligence.
