摘要 在合肥市第一人民医院项目中,存在防辐射混凝土墙厚度达2 700mm,转换箱梁截面大且超重,机电系统复杂,技术难度高,医疗特殊用房多,施工工序复杂交错、施工周期长等问题,着重研究BIM在施工阶段的深度应用,通过深化设计、可视化交底、方案比选、施工模拟、碰撞检查、净高分析、气流模拟等BIM的集成应用,经过三维精细化建模,优化深化设计方案,制定多种可行性的施工方案,经漫游模拟比较后,确定最优化方案,有效解决防辐射超厚混凝土墙、大截面超重钢构件、复杂机电系统工程、医疗特殊功能房等施工难题,且降低施工难度,提高建造效率,提升工程品质、降低安全风险。 In the project of Hefei First People’s Hospital, there are such problems as a radiation-proof concrete wall with a thickness of 2 700 mm, large and overweight conversion box girder section, complex electromechanical system, high technical difficulty, many special medical rooms, complex and staggered construction procedures and long construction cycle, this paper focuses on the deep application of BIM technology in the construction stage, and through the integrated application of BIM technology such as deepening design, visual disclosure, scheme comparison, construction simulation, collision inspection, clear height analysis, air flow simulation, etc. Through three-dimensional fine modeling, the design scheme was deepened optimized, and various feasible construction schemes were formulated. After roaming simulation comparison, the optimal scheme was determined, which has not only effectively solved problems of the radiation-protection thick concrete wall, large-section overweight steel members, complex mechanical and electrical system engineering, medical special function room construction, but also reduced construction difficulty and risk by improving construction efficiency and engineering quality.
