摘要
华龙一号核电站主体钢结构防火要求≥2.5h,屋架、屋面支撑系统及其檩条防火要求≥1.5h,屋面采用双层复合保温、单层墙面压型金属板围护结构系统,屋面防水等级为I级。本工程为门式钢结构,在构件表面涂抹防火涂料,以满足防火需求,通过对非膨胀型、膨胀型材料进行试验,最终选用膨胀型防火涂料作为防火材料。为保证屋面I级防水设计要求,通过比对板型、连接方式,进行合理选用。屋面压型金属板与衬檩采用暗扣式,板与板连接采用360°咬合式的连接方法,板与板间通过专用咬合机咬合接缝处进行连接,墙面压型金属板与檩条采用明钉进行连接。
The fire protection requirements of the main steel structure of Hualong No.1 Nuclear Power Plant are greater than or equal to 2.5 h, and the fire protection requirements of the roof truss, roof support system and its purlin are greater than or equal to 1.5 h. The roof adopts a double-layer composite insulation and a single-layer wall-pressed metal plate enclosure structure system, with a roof waterproofing level of Grade I. This project is a portal steel structure. Fire retardant coating is applied to the surface of the component to meet the fire protection and application function of the steel structure. The expansive fire-retardant coating is finally selected as the fire-retardant material through the test of both non-expansive and expansive materials. The plate type and connection mode are reasonably selected to ensure the Grade I waterproof design requirement of the roof. The roof profiled metal plate and the lining purlin adopt the concealed buckle type, and the plate-to-plate connection adopts the 360° occlusion type. The plate connection is occluded by the special occlusion machine at the occlusion joint, and the wall profiled metal plate and the purlin are connected by exposed nails.
