摘要
本项目大底板混凝土浇筑方量大,存在交通部署困难、场地狭小、工期要求紧、浇筑面广、浇筑设备安装难度大、技术含量高等特点,结合BIM对施工部署方案及交通组织进行分析及模拟,研究多角度溜管、溜槽和天泵综合快速浇筑施工技术及设备,解决传统泵送、单一角度溜管与泵送相结合无法全面覆盖的难题,在30h内一次性完成面积3 740m2、浇筑量达13 000m3的深基坑大底板,有利于大体积混凝土温度、裂缝控制,对比传统泵送组合方式,可提高浇筑效率、节约成本。
This project has a large amount of concrete pouring square for large bottom plate, it has the characteristics of difficult transportation deployment, narrow site, tight construction period, wide pouring surface, difficult installation of pouring equipment and high technical content. Combined with BIM, the construction deployment scheme and traffic organization were analyzed and simulated, the construction technology and equipment of multi-angle chute, chute and sky pump integrated rapid pouring were studied. To solve the problem that traditional pumping and the combination of single angle choute and pumping cannot be fully covered, the large foundation plate of deep foundation excavation with an area of 3 740 m~2 and a volume of 13 000 m~3 was completed in a single time within 30 h. It is beneficial to temperature and crack control of mass concrete, and can improve pouring efficiency and save cost compared with traditional pumping combination.
