机房环境智能化的恒温恒湿新风系统

摘要 机房环境智能化的恒温恒湿新风系统通过云智能平台实时进行远程抄表、监测机房环境与设备运行情况以及及时反馈设备故障信息等操作,从而保证机房的安全。恒温恒湿新风系统应用水的自然蒸发现象和机房空调系统的蒸发制冷相互作用,系统内的滤网装置将空气中的灰尘吸附在过滤网的进风侧,除尘器去除灰尘后,运用湿帘蒸发吸收空气中的热量,将降温后的洁净冷空气送到机房内,根据冷热空气循环的原理逐步将热空气带到机房外,达到降低机房内温度的目的。中国移动通信集团河南有限公司商丘分公司自主研发出集降温、加湿、换气以及过滤于一体的恒温恒湿新风系统,并结合公司实际机房空调布局情况采取精细化维修费管控、加强智能节电等措施,深化降本增效。 The intelligent constant temperature and humidity fresh air system of the computer room environment can perform remote meter reading in real time through the cloud intelligent platform,monitor the computer room environment and equipment operation status,and timely feedback equipment failure information,so as to ensure the safety of the computer room.The constant temperature and humidity fresh air system uses the interaction between the natural evaporation of water and the evaporative cooling of the computer room air conditioning system.The filter device in the system absorbs the dust in the air on the air inlet side of the filter.After the dust collector removes the dust,the wet curtain is used.Evaporation absorbs the heat in the air,sends the cooled clean cold air into the computer room,and gradually brings the hot air out of the computer room according to the principle of cold and hot air circulation to achieve the purpose of reducing the temperature in the computer room.China Mobile Communications Group Henan Co.,Ltd.,Shangqiu Branch has independently developed a constant temperature and humidity fresh air system that integrates cooling,humidification,ventilation and filtration,and has taken measures such as refined maintenance cost management and enhanced intelligent power saving combined with the company's actual computer room air conditioning layout to deepen the reduction of benefit.
