基于ARM的磷酸铁锂电池组自动巡检方案

摘要 通信用磷酸铁锂电池是为各种通信设备提供不间断供电保障的重要基础设备,随着磷酸铁锂电池在通信网络中的规模应用,其使用过程中的安全性、维护性须引起重视。为保障通信电源系统的稳定、可靠、节能运行和优质供电,确保通信设备的运行稳定,基于高级精简指令集(Advanced RICS Machine,ARM)设计了一个锂电池组巡检仪,通过对动环现场监控单元(Field Supervision Uniti,FSU)与锂电池组通信内容进行读取,收集到的数据经过处理后向现场手机App传递,便于维护人员实时对锂电池组管理和维护。所提方案适用于使用锂电池模块或锂电池组供电的机房、基站、室分、光网络单元(Optical Network Unit,ONU)等站点后备电源的自动巡检。 Lithium iron phosphate battery for communication is an important basic equipment to provide uninterrupted power supply for all kinds of communication equipment.With the large-scale application of lithium iron phosphate battery in communication network,the safety and maintenance of its use process must be paid attention to.In order to ensure the stable,reliable,energy-saving operation and high-quality power supply of the communication power system,and ensure the stable operation of the communication equipment,this scheme designs a lithium battery pack inspection instrument based on Advanced RICS Machine(ARM),which reads the communication content between the moving ring Field Supervision Uniti(FSU)and the lithium battery pack,and transmits the collected data to the on-site mobile App after processing.This enables maintenance personnel to manage and maintain lithium battery packs in real time.This solution is applicable to automatic inspection of backup power supplies in the equipment room,base station,room section,Optical Network Unit(ONU)and other sites that are powered by lithium battery modules or battery packs.
