传统机房AI智慧流体管控系统应用实践

摘要 存量核心机楼的传统机房普遍存在制冷系统设计落后的问题,随着通信技术的快速发展,机房内网络设备单机架能耗不断攀升,两者的不匹配给传统机房节能改造带来很大的挑战。选取一个现网传统机房,此机房具有气流组织差、冷量冗余、局部有热点等典型问题,通过搭建人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)智慧流体管控系统,实现对末端空调的精准调控,降低制冷系统能耗,为其他传统机房的节能改造工作提供参考。 The traditional equipment room of the existing core equipment building generally has the problem of backward design of the cooling system.With the rapid development of communication technology,the energy consumption of a single rack of network equipment in the equipment room continues to rise big challenge.Select a traditional computer room on the existing network,which has typical problems such as poor airflow organization,redundant cooling capacity,and local hot spots,by building an Artificial Intelligence(AI)intelligent fluid management and control system,the precise control of the terminal air conditioner can be realized,the energy consumption of the refrigeration system can be reduced,and the energy-saving renovation of other traditional computer rooms can be provided as a reference.
