老旧机房PUE分析及绿色低碳改造实践

摘要 在国家“双碳”目标的要求下,节能减排是重中之重。制冷系统作为数据中心的第二大能耗大户,从设计、建设到运维的全生命周期中,通过提升制冷效率、优化气流组织及提高冷风利用率,能够有效降低电源使用效率(Power Usage Effectiveness,PUE),减少运营成本,打造绿色机楼与数据中心。详细分析了现网老旧机房空调系统的评估思路、常见共性问题,并提出多重综合性低成本优化解决方案,达到节能减排、降本增效的目的,适用于多种场景,空调形式及送风方式不受限,低成本,方案推广性强。 Under the requirements of the national"dual carbon"target,energy conservation and emission reduction are the top priorities.As the second largest energy consumer of a data center,the cooling system can effectively reduce the power usage efficiency by improving the cooling efficiency,optimizing the airflow organization and improving the utilization rate of cold air in the whole life cycle from design,effectively reduce Power Usage Effectiveness(PUE),reduce operating costs,create green computer buildings and data centers.It analyzes in detail the evaluation ideas and common problems of the old computer room air-conditioning system of the existing network,and proposes multiple comprehensive low-cost optimization solutions to achieve the purpose of energy saving,emission reduction,cost reduction and efficiency increase.It is suitable for a variety of scenarios,air conditioning forms and unrestricted air supply mode,low cost,and strong program promotion.
