新型水位尺设计及图像识别方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 水雨情监测系统中,利用图像识别水位尺刻度采集水位已成为发展趋势。但是目前大面积使用的常规标准水位尺,存在反光严重、图像采集效果差、水位尺刻度不易识别以及对处理器配置要求高等问题,导致图像识别水位尺刻度采集水位的成本居高不下,至今无法实现大面积推广应用。利用圆形、正方形和三角形易识别的特点设计新型水位尺,并进行理论计算分析以及图像识别水位算法研究、测试。试验结果表明:新型水位尺的抗干扰能力强,图像识别效果好,处理速度快,成本大幅降低,具有推广价值。 In the water and rain monitoring system,it has become a development trend to use the image to recognize the scale of the water gauge and collect the water level. However,the conventional standard water level gauge currently used in a large area has some problems,such as serious reflection,poor image acquisition effect,difficult identification of the scale of the water level gauge,and high requirements for processor configuration. As a result,the cost of collecting the water level by the scale of the image identification water level gauge remains high,and it has been unable to realize the popularization and application extensively. Therefore,this paper uses the characteristics of circle,square and triangle which are easy to recognize,designs a new water level gauge,makes theoretical analysis,and studies and tests the image recognition water level algorithm. The test results show that the new water level gauge is worth popularizing with strong anti-interference ability,good image recognition effect,fast processing speed and greatly reduced cost.
