甘肃-非洲农业科技交流合作探索——以玉米制种为基础

摘要 玉米是大部分非洲国家的第一主食。然而非洲国家玉米单产却远低于世界平均水平,玉米制种水平不高是其中最主要的一个原因。甘肃省作为国内玉米制种第一大省,可充分发挥自身玉米制种业发展的经验和优势,加强与非洲国家以玉米制种为基础的玉米生产技术的输出、交流与合作,这不但有利于自身玉米制种水平的进一步提高,也是以实际行动密切中非合作、助力非洲国家提高粮食安全保障能力、实现稳定繁荣及构建中非人类命运共同体的切实举措。 Corn is the first staple food in most African countries.However,the per unit yield of corn in African countries is far lower than the world average,and the low level of corn seed production is one of the main reasons.As the largest province of corn seed production in China,Gansu Province can give full play to its own experience and advantages in the development of corn seed production industry,and strengthen the export,exchange and cooperation of corn production technology based on corn seed production with African countries.This is not only conducive to the further improvement of their own corn seed production level,but also a practical measure to strengthen cooperation between China and Africa,help African countries improve their capacity for food safety,achieve stability and prosperity,and build a community with a shared future for China and Africa.
