农业机械化发展存在问题与对策研究——以南京太和水稻种植专业合作社为例

农为邦本,本固邦宁。我国不仅是世界第一农机生产大国,也是使用大国。第二个百年奋斗新征程,我国传统农业作业水平和能力明显增强,农业生产方式从过去的主要依靠人畜劳作力转变为依靠农业机具,正处在传统劳作力和现代农业机械新旧动能转换的关键时期。为顺利实现全面乡村振兴的战略目标,研究当前合作社农业机械化发展存在的问题及对策,探索具有区域特点的农业机械化解决方案十分有必要。为此该文以南京太和水稻种植专业合作社为例,通过分析其机械化生产现状、存在问题,提出合理的对策建议。

Agriculture is the foundation of the state, and the foundation is solid and peaceful. China is not only the largest agricultural machinery production country in the world, but also a big user country. In the second centenary aim of struggle, the level and capacity of traditional agricultural operations in China have been significantly enhanced, and the mode of agricultural production has changed from relying mainly on human and animal labor to relying on agricultural machinery in the past. It is in a critical period of the transformation of traditional labor and modern agricultural machinery between new and old kinetic energy. In order to successfully achieve the strategic goal of comprehensive rural revitalization, it is necessary to study the current problems and countermeasures in the development of agricultural mechanization of cooperatives, and to explore agricultural mechanization solutions with regional characteristics. Therefore, taking Taihe rice planting professional cooperative in Nanjing as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of its mechanized production, and puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions.
