新乡贤统战工作服务乡村振兴战略的作用探讨

新乡贤是助力乡村振兴的贤人志士,同样也是以大团结、大联合为主题的统战工作需要覆盖的主要对象。乡村振兴战略提出之后,新乡贤统战服务乡村工作面临着队伍力量薄弱、矛盾化解能力不足、体制机制不健全及方式方法不完善等问题,从吸纳整合人才力量、完善矛盾化解方式、加强制度建设及创新服务方式等方面提出具有针对性的对策建议,不仅有助于提升新乡贤统战工作的聚合能力,而且还有利于实现统战理论与乡村振兴实践的良性互动。

"New Village Talents"is not only the sage who contributes to the revitalization of the countryside,but also the main object to be covered by the united front work with the theme of"Great Unity,Great Union".After the strategy of rural revitalization was put forward,the"New Village Talents"rural united front service work is faced with some problems,such as weak team strength,insufficient ability to resolve contradictions,imperfect system and mechanism,imperfect ways and methods,and so on.This paper puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of absorbing the strength of integrated talents,perfecting the ways of resolving contradictions,strengthening system construction and innovative service methods,which will not only help to improve the aggregation ability of"New Village Talents"united front work.Moreover,it is also conducive to realizing the benign interaction between the theory of the united front and the practice of rural revitalization.
