共产党员“学史崇德”的科学内涵与实现路径

The Scientific Connotation and Implementation Path of“Upholding Sound Morality by Learning History”for Members of the Communist Party

共产党员不是荣誉,不是名利,而是先进性的标志。共产党员应在工作和生活中发挥先锋模范作用。共产党员通过党史学习教育,要发扬一代代共产党人的优秀品质,崇尚道德。具体而言,一是应从筑牢理想信念和铸就忠诚于党的优良品格两个方面崇尚对党忠诚的大德;二应从三个方面筑牢崇尚为民造福的公德,即从强化为人民服务意识、甘做无私奉献的“孺子牛”,带头践行社会公德、勇做吃苦耐劳的“老黄牛”,恪守职业道德、争做新时代敢为人先的“拓荒牛”;三应从两个方面筑牢崇尚严以律己的私德,即:“学思行”并重、严格约束自己的行为,注重家庭家教家风建设、管好身边人。从而将“学史崇德”抓到细处、做到深处、落到实处。

The Communist Party membership does not imply honor, fame and wealth, but an emblem of its pioneering nature, the party members should pioneering roles and sets examples in both work and life. For the Party members, learning the Party history aims at promoting the excellent qualities of the communists passed down over generations and advocating sound morality. Concretely, it focuses firstly on advocating the great virtue of loyalty to the Party in terms of two respects: consolidating the ideal and faith, and forging the fine character of commitment to the Party;Secondly it advocates consolidating the public virtue of serving the people in terms of three aspect, namely, social morality of bringing benefits to the people in term of strengthening the sense of serving the people;being willing to make selfless contributions to the people;taking the lead in practicing social morality, being hard-working, adherence to professional ethics and striving to be a pioneer of the new era. Thirdly, it advocates consolidating the personal virtue of strict self-discipline in terms of two aspects, namely, laying equal emphasis on “learning thinking and doing”, strictly regulating our own behavior and paying attention to family education and family style building, strict management of subordinates in order to advocate the individual morality of strict self-discipline. As a result, the initiative of “upholding sound morality by learning history” can be reduced to details, implemented in-depth and put into practice.
