名老中医经验传承是影响中医药事业创新发展的关键所在,传承工作中要注重道术结合。道是路径、规律、理论,术是技艺、方法和行为。道术相依,道为指导,术为道之具象与载体。无道则术无以立,传承精华需要道术结合,活态传承,医学心悟,厚积薄发。作为一个中医人,需要受前人的教育,并在学术上坚韧不拔,努力走上博极医源,提高、认识与拓展的学术历程。经典具有永恒价值和本源作用,若要成为大医需要注重经典的学习,亲近、走进并延伸经典。

Famous veteran Chinese medicine experience inheritance is the key to the innovative development of Chinese medicine, inheritance work should focus on the combination of Dao and Shu. Dao is the path, law and theory, Shu is the skill, method and behavior. The Dao and the Shu depend on each other, the Dao is the guide, the Shu is the Dao’s embodiment and carrier. Without Dao, there is no Shu to stand, the essence of inheritance needs to combine Dao and Shu, living inheritance,medical heart understanding, spurring with long accumulation. As a scholar of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), we need to be educated by predecessors and persevered in studies, striving to embark on the academic course of enriching the sources of TCM,improving, understanding and expanding. The classics have eternal value and origin, if you want to become a great doctor you need to focus on the study of the classics, close to, into and extend the classics.
