中医阴阳五行诊疗体系之治法浅探

Brief dicussion on the treatment method of yin and yang and five elements diagnosis and treatment system in traditonal Chinese medicine

阴阳五行学说是中医学最根本的哲学基础,构建了中医学的核心——脏腑经络理论体系,该体系贯穿在中医学理、法、方、药的各个层面,指导着中医的诊断和治疗,笔者提炼《黄帝内经》《难经》等典籍中关于阴阳五行指导中医分析病因、阐明病机、确立治法、处方遣药等方面的内容,发皇古义,融会新知,称为“中医阴阳五行诊疗体系”。文章探讨该体系中确立治法的内容,发现治法的3个层面——一般治法、具体治法、治疗技术均可以用阴阳五行理论进行界定,可以在一定程度上简化临床治疗思路,提高临床诊疗的效率。

The theory of yin and yang and the five elements is the most fundamental philosophical foundation of traditional Chinese medicine.It constitutes the core of Chinese medicine:The system of zangfu meridian theory,which runs through all levels of traditional Chinese medicine theory,method,prescription and medicine,and guides the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.The authors distilled the contents of‘yin and yang and five elements’in Huangdi Neijing,Nan Jing and other classics to guide traditional Chinese medicine to analyze the cause of the disease,clarify the pathogenesis,establish the treatment method,and prescribe the medicine.It calls‘yin and yang and five elements diagnosis and treatment system’.This article discusses the content of the treatment method(general tretament method,specific treatment method,therapeutic techniques)established in the diagnosis and treatment system of the yin and yang and the five elements of Chinese medicine in order to simplify clinical treatment thinking,and improve the efficiency of clinical treatment.
