中医药计算研究设计与评价范式初探

Research design and evaluation paradigm of computational traditional Chinese medicine

摘要 智能技术在生命科学领域广泛应用,尽管目前中医药计算研究快速发展,但研究质量、信效度及适用性等问题仍面临挑战,亟待提出设计与评价范式。本研究首先讨论了中医药计算研究的定义和基本特点,归纳其一般构成要素、研究分类和常见研究类型,讨论了该领域面临的问题挑战及可能的解决方式。随后,通过回顾计算研究的相关指南与实践经验以期总结计算研究的共性规律,并根据中医学科特点探讨中医药计算研究的设计与评价范式要点,以期推动未来专家共识的形成,促进新学科体系的构建。 Intelligent technology has been widely applied in life science research. Despite the rapid development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) computing research, the quality, reliability, validity, and applicability of research still face challenges. It is very important to put forward a design and evaluation paradigm. This study first discussed the definition and essential characteristics of TCM computing research, summarized the general components, research classification, and common research types of TCM computing research;then discussed the problems and challenges this field faces and possible solutions.Then, by reviewing relevant guidelines and practical experience of computational research, the ordinary laws of computational research are summarized. The critical points of design and evaluation paradigm of computational research of TCM are discussed according to the characteristics of TCM disciplines, to promote the formation of expert consensus in the future and the construction of a new discipline system.
