中医学五行哲学的思源与正误

Exploration and interpretation of the five elements philosophy of traditional Chinese medicine

中土五行与生克五行是中医学理论体系的核心思想。目前该思想仍存在理论矛盾,即两种五行模式在应用中的关系矛盾;五行相生相克局限性的矛盾。文章通过梳理五行学说的嬗变,认为该理论矛盾根源在于两种五行模式的特性差异以及哲学和医学在研究范畴上的本质区别。中医学没有机械的内化五行学说,而是对之加以改造,使之符合医学的需求。只有明晰五行学说内涵和应用范围,才能在科研与临床中发挥更大作用。

Zhongtu five elements and Shengke five elements are the core thought of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).At present,there are still theoretical contradiction in this thought:the relationship contradiction between two five elements models in application;the contradiction of the limitations of the five elements.By combing the origin of the five elements theory,this paper clarifies the relationship between Shengke five elements and Zhongtu five elements.By combing the evolution of the five elements theory,this paper holds that the root of the contradiction is the characteristic difference between the two five elements models.TCM does not mechanically use the five elements theory,but transforms it to meet the needs of medicine.Only by clarifying the connotation and application scope of the five elements theory can it play a greater role in scientific research and clinical practice.
