文章通过文献著作中记载的相关内容并结合多年临床与教学经验,提出“治神”是针对医患双方而言并且贯彻整个御针操作过程的基本要求,是御针治疗中正确辨证、安全用针的保障,具有激发针气、促其汇聚以及加强疗效的作用。“针气”是针刺从外治内的媒介,是针刺补泻的物质基础。“内御针气”要求以气聚为先,以气行为贵。认为“治神”是统领御针之术的总纲,“内御针气”是御针之术的根本。

To explore the meaning of‘the technique of mastering needling’.Based on the relevant contents recorded in literature,combined with many years of clinical and teaching experience,this paper puts forward that‘Zhishen’is the basic requirement for both doctors and patients and the foundation of the whole process of acupuncture,which is the guarantee of correct syndrome differentiation and operational security,and is beneficial to the stimulation and gathering of Zhen qi and strengthening the effects.‘Zhen qi’is the medium of acupuncture therapy from the outside to the inside,and is the material basis of acupuncture reinforcing and reducing.‘Governing qi’requires that qi should be gathered first,then moved to disease location.It is believed that‘ZhiShen’is the general principle and‘governing qi’is the essence of acupuncture control.
