DONG Jian-hua’s experience in treating ulcerative colitis

文章介绍董建华教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎的经验,其认为溃疡性结肠炎多由脾运不健,湿热或寒湿逗留肠腑,气血失调所致。提出标本虚实、寒热气血为辨证要点。临床多采用逆流挽舟、调气和血、温清并用、润燥相济、通涩结合、酸苦泄热的治疗方法。

This article introduce professor DONG Jian-hua’s experience in treating ulcerative colitis.It is believed that ulcerative colitis is mostly caused by poor spleen movement,damp heat or cold damp staying in the intestine,and imbalance of qi and blood.The main points of syndrome differentiation are the deficiency and excess of specimens,cold and heat,qi and blood.The treatment methods of countercurrent and boating,regulating qi and blood,combining cold and temperature,moisturizing dryness,combining Tong and Se,and releasing heat from acid and bitter are often used clinically.
