国医大师禤国维治疗结节性红斑的经验 被引量:2

Experience of TCM master XUAN Guo-wei in treating erythema nodosus

摘要 结节性红斑是一种结节性炎症性皮肤病,常累及血管,中医称其为“瓜藤缠”,其病情反复发作,难以治愈。国医大师禤国维教授经过多年诊治皮肤病的中医临床经验,认为结节性红斑的发生发展以湿瘀伤络为主,在此基础上可分为寒湿瘀阻与湿热瘀阻两类,故临床上治法常以温经散寒、祛湿通络或清热祛湿、化瘀散结为主,根据临床辨证灵活用药,并同时配合中医特色外治疗法及饮食指导疗法协助调理脏腑功能。内外同治,食药结合,疗效显著。 Erythema nodosus is a kind of nodular,inflammatory skin disease,which is called‘melon vine twining’,often involving blood vessels,which is recurrent and difficult to cure.TCM master XUAN Guo-wei has many years of TCM clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases,and believes that the core pathogenesis of erythema nodosus is blood stasis and dampness retardarce.It can be divided into‘cold dampness and blood stasis’and‘dampness heat and blood stasis’and summarizes the core treatment rules of‘warm channel and expelling cold,clearing damp and removing blood stasis’,‘clearing heat and expelling damp,removing blood stasis’.The prescription will be modified based on the symptoms,combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics of external treatment and food therapy to help regulate the function of viscera,the curative effect is remarkable.
