试论寒热并用法在复发性流产中的应用

复发性流产近年来发病率增加,严重威胁了女性的身心健康,其病机复杂且治疗难度较大,陈瑞雪教授多年致力于复发性流产的诊治,发现本病多见寒热错杂之象,需施寒热并用之法。文章介绍了寒热并用法的理论渊源,通过分析复发性流产寒热错杂的成因,总结了陈教授运用寒热并用法治疗该病的经验,以期为今后临床辨证治疗本病提供理论参考。

The incidence of recurrent spontaneous abortion has increased in recent years,which seriously threatens women’s physical and mental health.Its pathogenesis is complex and its treatment is difficult.Professor CHEN Rui-xue has been devoted to the diagnosis and treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion for many years,and found that this disease is often characterized by a combination of cold and heat,and it is necessary to apply both cold and heat.This article introduces the theoretical origin of the combination of cold and heat,analyzes the causes of the mixed cold and heat of recurrent abortion,and summarizes the experience of professor CHEN in the treatment of this disease with the combination of cold and heat,which provides a theoretical reference for the clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of this disease in the future.
