基于“风寒湿三气杂至合而为痹”的类风湿关节炎病因病机与病证动物模型研究进展

Research progress on the etiology and pathogenesis and integrated disease and syndrome animal models of rheumatoid arthritis based on‘wind,cold and dampness mixed with three qi,and combined with Bi syndrome’

类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种以慢性侵蚀性关节炎为主要特征的自身免疫性疾病,属于中医“痹证”范畴,与中医古籍所记载的“历节”“鹤膝风”“尪痹”等病证相似。RA确切病因和发病机制尚不清楚,《素问·痹论》中“风寒湿三气杂至合而为痹也”是中医论治“痹证”的理论基础。阐释“风寒湿三气杂至合而为痹也”的科学内涵,明确风寒湿外邪在RA发生中的作用,对于促进中医药论治RA的理论提升和临床指导应用具有重要意义。文章综述自20世纪80年代以来,“风寒湿三气杂至合而为痹也”的现代研究和论证以及RA病证结合动物模型研究报道和进展,以期为中医药论治RA的理论传承和创新发展以及RA发病机制研究提供新思路。

Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a common autoimmune disease characterized by chronic erosive arthritis,which is categorized into Bi syndrome.It is similar to‘Lijie’‘Hexifeng’‘Wangbi’and other diseases recorded in ancient Chinese medical books.The etiology and pathogenesis of RA are unknown.In the Suwen·Bi Lun,‘wind,cold and dampness mixed with three qi,and combined with Bi syndrome’is the theoretical basis for the treatment of Bi syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine.To clarify the mechanism of the effect of exogenous wind-cold-damp on Bi syndrome(RA).It is of great significance to promote the theoretical improvement and clinical guidance and application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of RA.This article summarize advances on modern research of effects of wind-cold-damp exogenous evils in the pathogenesis of RA,and discuss their advantages and weaknesses to offer references for further avenues of development of integrated disease and syndrome animal models of RA.It is expected to provide new ideas for the theoretical inheritance and innovative development of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of RA.
