迟发性肌张力障碍的中医治疗现状及思考

Current situation and thinking of TCM treatment of tardive dystonia

迟发性肌张力障碍(TDt)为抗精神病药物不良反应之一,严重危害患者的身心健康和社会功能,目前其病因尚不清楚,缺乏有效治疗手段,常被认为是不可逆性的。中医无此病名,依其症状与中医古籍记载中的“痉证”“瘈疯”等相似,根据中医辨证论治的特点,治疗方法包括中药治疗、针灸治疗等,效果较好,为临床中TDt的治疗提供了可选择的治疗方法,文章对目前中医药对TDt的诊治进展做一综述;同时探讨了应用抗精神病药物患者的辨证方法及中西医结合治疗可能存在的问题,单纯的辨证论治在出现不良反应的患者中可能存在不足,需要多种辨证方法相结合;同时因为患者应用不同药物后不良反应产生的不确定性,中西医结合在其预防中尚缺乏精准数据基础。

Tardive dystonia(TDt) is one of the side effects of antipsychotics, which seriously endangers the physical and mental health and social function of patients. At present, the etiology of TDt is not clear, and there is no effective treatment.It is often considered to be irreversible in traditional Chinese medicine. There is no name for TDt, the treatment methods include traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion, and the effect is good, which provides alternative treatment methods for the clinical treatment of TDt. At the same time, it discusses the syndrome differentiation methods of patients with antipsychotics and the possible problems in the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine;At the same time, due to the uncertainty of side effects caused by different drugs, the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in its prevention is still lack of accurate data base.
