Efficacy characteristics of fresh medicine and the effects of drying on the material basis of fresh medicine

鲜药在临床使用中有独特优势,文章为探讨中药鲜药的功效特点及干燥对鲜药物质基础的影响,梳理文献中鲜药的功效特点与现代药理作用,分析干燥对中药鲜药水分及有效成分(挥发性成份和非挥发性成份)的影响。发现鲜药在古籍中有着广泛的记载,鲜药的功效具有鲜明的特点,与干品相比存在一定差异,干燥对鲜药中水分及有效成分均有较大影响。可见,鲜药在临床应用中有其独特的优势,临床应用时不可与干品相互替代使用,具有一定的开发必要性,今后应加强对鲜药的基础研究和开发利用。

Fresh medicine has distinct advantages in healthcare.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the efficacy characteristics of fresh medicine and the effect of drying on the material basis of fresh medicine.By combing the efficacy characteristics and modern pharmacological effects of fresh medicine in the literature,the effects of drying on moisture and active ingredients(volatile and non-volatile components)of traditional Chinese medicine were analyzed.It is found that fresh medicine has been widely recorded in ancient books,and its efficacy has distinct characteristics,which is quite different from that of dried medicine.Thus,it can be seen that drying has a great influence on the moisture and efficacy components of fresh medicine.Fresh medicine has specific advantages in therapeutic applications,and it cannot be substituted with dry medicine in clinical applications.It is essential to develop fresh medicine and to carry out basic research on fresh medicine.
