摘要
查阅相关藏医药经典文献,统计五味石榴丸中四源与六味的物质基础占比与功效特点,再从四源、味、化味、本质功效4种机理研究此方的主要功效,最后从现代药学有效成分研究此方功效,与藏医学功效进行比较。发现五味石榴丸以四源、味、化味、本质功效均为具体配伍原则,并发挥相似功效,但主要以本质功效进行配方配伍与起效,并与现代药学的功效相一致。五味石榴丸具有生热、生胃火、助消化、袪胃寒和肾寒之效。为五味石榴丸的深入研究和临床用药提供藏医药理论依据。
By consulting the relevant classical literatures of Tibetan medicine,the material basis ratio and efficacy characteristics of four sources and six flavors in Wuwei Shiliu Pill were counted.Then,the main efficacy of this recipe was studied from four mechanisms:four sources,taste,taste change and essential efficacy.Finally,the efficacy of this recipe was studied from the effective ingredients of modern pharmacy and compared with that of Tibetan medicine.It is found that Wuwei Shiliu Pill takes four sources,taste,taste change and essential efficacy as its specific compatibility principle,and plays a similar role,but its formula compatibility and effectiveness are mainly based on essential efficacy,which is consistent with the efficacy of modern pharmacy.Wushi Shiliu Pill has the effects of generating heat,stomach fire,digestion,stomach cold and kidney cold.To provide theoretical basis of Tibetan medicine for in-depth research and clinical medication of Wuwei Shiliu Pill.
