摘要
目的:对健康人群脉图特征与年龄、性别、身体质量指数(BMI)的关系进行研究,探讨个体生理因素对脉图的影响,以期更好地了解健康人的脉象。方法:用YZ-I型脉象仪采集脉图数据,提取脉图时域特征;采用非参数检验方法比较167名健康人性别、年龄、BMI不同分组人群脉图时域特征的差异,采用多重线性回归分析性别、年龄、BMI对脉图形态的影响。结果:女性脉图参数T5、H2/H1、H3/H1、H4/H1、T1/T、T1/T4、W1、W2、W1/T、W2/T大于男性(P<0.01,P<0.05);男性不同年龄分层T2、T3、H3/H1、H4/H1、W1、W2、W1/T、W2/T存在显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05),女性不同年龄分层T3、T、H2/H1、H3/H1、T1/T、T5/T4、W1、W2、W1/T、W2/T存在显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05);男性不同BMI分层T2、H2/H1、H3/H1存在显著性差异(P<0.05),女性不同BMI分层H2/H1、W2、W1/T、W2/T存在显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析显示:年龄与H2/H1、H3/H1、H4/H1、W1、W2、W1/T、W2/T呈正相关,与T2、T3呈负相关;BMI与H4/H1、H5/H1呈负相关;性别与H2/H1、H3/H1、H4/H1、T1、T1/T、T1/T4、W1、W2、W1/T、W2/T存在线性相关。结论:性别、年龄、BMI是影响脉图形态的生理因素。不同生理因素分层脉图特征的差异提示男性左心功能较女性好,女性更易呈现弦脉特征;随着年龄、BMI的增大,男性和女性脉象有向生理性弦脉转变的趋势,血管顺应性减退,除此以外,女性心率有相对减慢的趋势。
Objective:To study the relationship between TCM pulse features and age,gender,body mass index(BMI)of healthy people,and discussed the influence of individual physiological factors on pulse waveform,to better understand the pulse manifestation of healthy people.Methods:The pulse data were collected by YZ-I pulse detection equipment,and non-parametric tests were used to compare the time-domain features of pulses among 167 health people of gender,age and BMI,and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the correlation between gender,age and BMI and time-domain features of pulse.Results:Pulse features T5,H2/H1,H3/H1,H4/H1,T1/T,T1/T4,W1,W2,W1/T and W2/T in the females were significantly higher than that in males(P<0.01,P<0.05),and there were significant differences in T2,T3,H3/H1,H4/H1,W1,W2,W1/T and W2/T of in the males of different age groups(P<0.01,P<0.05),and there were significant differences in T3,T,H2/H1,H3/H1,T1/T,T5/T4,W1,W2,W1/T and W2/T in the females of different age groups(P<0.01,P<0.05),and there were significant differences in T2,H2/H1 and H3/H1 in the males of different BMI groups(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in H2/H1,W2,W1/T and W2/T in the females of different BMI groups(P<0.01,P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age was positively correlated with pulse features H2/H1,H3/H1,H4/H1,W1,W2,W1/T and W2/T and negatively correlated with T2 and T3,and BMI was negatively correlated with H4/H1 and H5/H1,and there was a linear correlation between gender and H2/H1,H3/H1,H4/H1,T1,T1/T,T1/T4,W1,W2,W1/T and W2/T.Conclusion:Gender,age and BMI are the physiological factors that influence the pulse waveforms.The differences of pulse features stratified by different physiological factors show the left heart function of men is better than that of women,and women are more likely to present the features of string pulse.With increase of age and BMI,pulse conditions of both men and women tend string pulses,which reflects the physiological characteristics of vascular sclerosis,and the female heart rates tend to be slower.
