摘要
针对当前杨梅遮雨成本较高、没有简单有效的遮雨装置等实际问题,笔者以单株杨梅为研究对象,根据不同杨梅树型以及遮雨装置便于安装与操作的要求,研制了一种遮雨装置,通过机械传动,让遮雨装置能够自上而下打开伞面,完成了相关零部件的设计与遮雨装置的抗风遮雨试验。试验结果表明,该装置方便收拢,可多年重复使用,能有效节约成本。但因受风力影响较大,该装置在风力较大的地区,需增大部分零部件的强度,以提高其稳定性,增强抗风能力。该装置初步实现了中低风力下单株杨梅的遮雨。
In view of the current practical problems such as the high cost of red bayberry shading and the lack of simple and effective rain shielding devices, the author takes single red bayberry as the research object, and according to different red bayberry tree types and the requirements of convenient installation and operation of the rain shielding device, develops a rain shielding device, through mechanical transmission, the rain shielding device can open the umbrella from top to bottom, and completed the design of related parts and the wind and rain resistance test of the rain shielding device. The test results show that the device is convenient to fold, can be reused for many years, and can effectively save costs. However, due to the large impact of wind, the strength of most parts of the device needs to be increased in areas with large wind to improve its stability and wind resistance. The device has preliminarily realized the rain shielding of a single red bayberry under moderate and low wind.
