中荷酒店管理专业人才培养模式个案比较研究

该文选取荷兰萨克逊应用科技大学和黄山学院两所应用型本科院校作为研究对象,从酒店管理专业本科教育的人才培养目标、课程模块设置、实习实践教学等六个方面进行比较分析,在此基础上,提出适合我国应用型本科办学特点的酒店管理专业人才培养模式优化对策,如细化人才培养方向、优化专业课程模块体系、构建以职业为导向的实践教学环节、完善教学质量保障体系和创新引进行业导师机制。

Two applied undergraduate institutions were selected, Saxion University of Applied Sciences and Huangshan University, as the research object. A comparative analysis of six aspects of undergraduate education in hotel management was conducted, including talent training objectives, curriculum module settings and practical teaching. On this basis, the measures were proposed to optimize the talent cultivation mode of hotel management majors that are suitable for the characteristics of China’s application-oriented school, such as refining the direction of talent cultivation, optimizing the professional curriculum module system, constructing career-oriented practical teaching links,improving the quality assurance system for teaching and innovating the mechanism of introducing industry mentors.
