高水平专业群建设背景下民办高职院校科研团队建设路径研究 被引量:1

摘要 为更好促进高水平专业群建设任务的完成,提升科研团队建设水平,从外部环境和内部环境因素,分析民办高职院校科研团队理论探索不足、组织结构不合理、管理制度不完善、运作机制不健全及文化建设缺失等问题。该文在梳理科研理论基础上,提出提升科研团队能力建设的四个路径,包括选拔人才优化团队结构、制度先导完善两级管理、搭建平台健全运行机制、积极创建团队文化。从而彰显制度优势和制度导向作用,凝聚资源形成科研合力,为建设跨专业的科研团队提供解决方案。 In order to promote the completion of the construction of high-level professional groups and improve the construction level of scientific research teams, from the external environment and internal environmental factors, the paper analyzes the problems of insufficient theoretical exploration, unreasonable organizational structure, imperfect management system, imperfect operation mechanism and lack of cultural construction of scientific research teams in private higher vocational colleges. On the basis of combing the scientific research theory, this paper puts forward four ways to improve the ability of scientific research team, including selecting talents, optimizing the team structure, guiding the system, improving the two-level management, building a platform and improving the mechanism, actively creating a team culture, so as to highlight the institutional advantages and the role of institutional guidance, pool resources to form a scientific research force, and provide solutions for the construction of interdisciplinary scientific research teams.
