高校“三全育人”协同机制实践中的问题与对策——以湖南高校为例 被引量:5

摘要 高校是中央实施“三全育人”的重要阵地,高校“三全育人”是针对大学生思想政治教育更深层次、更全面的诠释。目前高校人才培养工作面临着时代和观念转变所带来的新形势,媒体不断曝出许多大学生的社会责任感及担当能力存在诸多不足,具体表现为在激烈竞争的环境下,学生的综合素质不能较好地适应社会的需要。通过大量的实际走访和文献调查,梳理目前湖南部分高校“三全育人”协同机制实践过程存在的问题,为解决这些问题,尝试着提出高校“三全育人”协同机制实践路径的优化对策。 Colleges and universities are an important position for the central government to implement the "three-integrity education", which is a deeper and more comprehensive interpretation of ideological and political education for college students.At present, the talent training in colleges and universities is facing the new situation brought by the change of times and ideas. The media constantly exposes the deficiencies of many college students’ social responsibility and responsibility ability,which is embodied in the fierce competition environment, and the comprehensive quality of students can not better adapt to the needs of the society. Through a large number of actual visits and literature survey, this paper sorts out the existing problems in the practice process of the collaborative mechanism of "three-integrity education" in some colleges and universities in Hunan province. In order to solve these problems, this paper tries to put forward the optimization countermeasures for the practice path of the collaborative mechanism of "three-integrity education" in colleges and universities.
