摘要 为解决高速公路服务区沥青路面的车辙与油污腐蚀问题,对温拌环氧沥青混合料进行了设计与应用研究。通过温拌环氧材料的选择、配合比设计、施工关键工序控制、开放交通条件等,评价其施工质量与路用性能。结果表明:当提高沥青用量时,环氧沥青混合料的冲击韧性值也随之提升,有助于改善路面疲劳性能;浸油试验后,温拌环氧沥青混合料的质量损失不足0.2%,常温稳定度达20kN以上,耐油性良好;正常温度下使用双钢轮+胶轮压路机碾压5~6遍后可达到压实度峰值;结合插入式与红外设备进行温度监控,减少温度离析;温拌环氧混合料的有效施工窗口为90min,需有效地控制施工时间;随着养生时间的延长,环氧沥青混合料试件强度呈线性递增,冬季低温环境施工时建议延长养生时间。 In order to solve the problem of rutting and oil corrosion of asphalt pavement in expressway service area, being based on a highway service area project in Guangdong, the design and application of the warm epoxy asphalt mixture have been studied. The construction quality and road performance of the warm epoxy mixture have been evaluated through the selection of the material, the design of the mix ratio, the control of the key processes in the construction process and the open traffic conditions. The results have shown that when the asphalt dosage is increased, the impact toughness value of epoxy asphalt mixture is also increased, which is helpful to improve the pavement fatigue performance. After oil immersion test, the mass loss of the warm epoxy asphalt mixture is less than 0.2%, and the stability at room temperature is more than 20 kN, and the oil resistance is good. Under normal temperature, use double steel wheel+rubber wheel to roll 5~6 times to reach the peak compaction degree. Temperature monitoring should be combined with insert type and infrared equipment to reduce temperature segregation;the effective construction window of warm epoxy mixture is 90 min, and the construction time should be effectively controlled. With the extension of the health preservation time, the strength of the epoxy asphalt mixture specimen will increase linearly. It has been recommended to extend the health preservation time during the construction of low-temperature environment in winter.
