牵引电机转轴发纹局部应力分析

摘要 牵引电机是轨道交通装备核心动力零部件,转轴作为牵引电机输出接口,其安全性及结构可靠性至关重要。为研究发纹对牵引电机转轴局部应力集中的影响,首次引入有限元子模型法进行发纹实体建模分析,探索了发纹面对扭矩和轴向力的不同响应。结果表明,在转轴表面截取子模型,用边倒圆的圆柱体模拟转轴发纹,计算的仿真结果与轨道行业标准一致,验证了用有限元子模型进行发纹仿真的有效性,说明有限元子模型法可为转轴发纹的评估和验收提供有效的技术支持。 The traction motor is a core power component and part of rail transit equipment.As the output interface of traction motor,the rotating shaft are very important in safety and structural reliability.In order to study the influence of hair crack on local stress concentration of traction motor shaft.the finite-element submodel method is introduced for the first time to analyze the solid modeling of hair crack and explore the different responses of hair crack to torque and axial force.The submodel is intercepted on the surface of the rotating shaft and the cylinder with rounded edges is used to simulate the shaft hair crack,the results show that the calculated simulation results are consistent with the data in track industry standard.It verifies the effectiveness of simulating hair crack with finite element submodel,and explains that the finite-element submodel method can provide effective technical support for the evaluation and acceptance of shaft hair crack.
