数字乡村是乡村振兴的战略方向,是建设数字中国的重要内容。发展数字乡村需理解其作为数字产品与服务集合的本质,结合农业经济、数字经济与信息通信等交叉学科知识,明晰数字乡村的数字孪生基础架构与运行逻辑,以产业数字化为首要任务,遵循包容普惠价值取向,加快研发与农业农村需求相匹配的建设方案,发挥智慧农业的创新先导与带动作用,不断强化农村居民数字参与能力,通过数字乡村建设持续释放数字化发展红利。

Digital Village is the strategic direction of Rural Revitalization, and an important content of building a Digital China. To develop Digital Village, we need to understand its essence as a collection of digital products and services, combine the knowledge of interdisciplinary disciplines such as agricultural economy, digital economy and information and communication, and clarify the infrastructure of Digital Twin and operational logic of Digital Village. We should also take industrial digitization as the primary task and follow the value of inclusiveness. On the practice level, we can accelerate the development of construction solutions that match the needs of agriculture and rural areas, activate the innovative and driving role of smart agriculture, then strengthen the digital skills of rural residents, finally achieve the goal of releasing the digital dividends through the construction of Digital Village.
