摘要
超长地下室顶板的温度应力是造成顶板开裂的常见原因之一。本文对地下室顶板温度裂缝产生的原因进行介绍,通过对实际工程采用措施如改变约束条件、通过结构材料抵抗温度收缩应力等,解决温度裂缝的工作机理及存在的问题,并对工程案例进行比较分析。结果表明:改变约束条件可以有效减少温度应力,在实际工程项目中应分析项目的具体情况,综合运用各种方法,使地下室顶板因温度原因造成的开裂几率降至最低。
The temperature stress of super-long basement roof is one of the common cause of roof cracks.In this paper, the reason of temperature crack in the basement roof is introduced, the working mechanism and existing problems of temperature crack are solved by using such measures as changing constraint conditions and resisting temperature shrinkage stress by structural materials in practical engineering projects, and the comparative analysis of practical engineering cases is conducted.The results show that changing the constraint conditions can effectively reduce the temperature stress, and it is proposed that in actual engineering projects, the concrete situation of the project should be analyzed, and various methods should be used comprehensively to minimize the cracking probability of basement roof caused by temperature.
